A luxurious white dress with Swarovski crystals, a modern designer gown inspired by Impressionists, and a traditional Ukrainian striy with refined embroidery can all be found in the wedding collections of Ukrainian brands. Yellow Blue has compiled 15 manufacturers that have been creating dresses, suits, and shoes for brides in Ukraine and abroad for several decades.
Classic wedding attire
Oksana Mukha
About the brand. A bridal and eveningwear brand founded by designer Oksana Mukha. She developed an interest in design while still at school, received a specialized education at the Lviv National Academy of Arts, and in 1991 began creating original wedding dresses.
The brand is well known abroad. Dresses by Oksana Mukha are sold by more than 450 partners in 70 countries worldwide, and branded salons operate in Kyiv, Lviv, and Paris. Oksana Mukha regularly takes part in major bridal exhibitions and shows in the US and Europe.
The brand supports Ukrainian military personnel by purchasing equipment and vehicles and organizing charity evenings to raise funds for the army.
Collection style. Oksana Mukha works with high-quality European fabrics such as Italian lace, and uses precious embellishments like Swarovski crystals for decoration. Each collection includes about 65–85 wedding dresses and 30–35 evening gowns in various cuts and styles.

WONA Concept
About the brand. In Ukrainian the brand name means “She.” The brand’s story began in 2009 with a small family atelier based in an apartment. Over 17 years, designer Ilona Shramko turned WONA Concept into a globally known bridal and eveningwear brand.
On the brand’s website, clients can choose a silhouette, neckline shape, and overall style of the dress. Stylists then create a selection of outfits based on the client’s preferences and consult her.
Most dresses are made to order, but they can also be purchased in partner stores in Ukraine and Europe, during European trunk shows, and in two branded boutiques in the US in New York and Los Angeles.
Collection style. WONA Concept offers a wide range of dresses in different styles, cuts, and materials. For example, a wedding dress can be in a boho style, with a corset, or made of lace. In addition to bridal collections, the brand creates bridesmaid dresses and eveningwear.

Indposhiv
About the brand. A men’s tailoring atelier founded in 2009 by designer Kateryna Vozianova. The Indposhiv team takes measurements from clients in a Kingsman-style house in central Kyiv, as well as in Vienna, where Vozianova and her team hold monthly trunk shows.
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has repeatedly appeared in public wearing Indposhiv clothing. Former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and now Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom Valerii Zaluzhnyi starred in the brand’s advertising. Azov soldier Illia Samoilenko, known by the call sign “Gandalf,” became the face of one of Indposhiv’s campaigns.
During the full-scale war, Indposhiv financially supports its employees serving in the military and runs charity initiatives. For example, in 2024 the brand gifted ceremonial uniforms to 12 military personnel who got married.
Collection style. Men’s suits and tailcoats made to individual measurements. Professional stylists help clients choose the appropriate cut, fabric, buttons, and lining.

Milla Nova
About the brand. Sisters Zoryana and Iryna Senyshyn started in 2002 with a small atelier, where they developed their first wedding dresses and experimented with design. In 2017, they opened a bridal boutique in Lviv. A few years later, Milla Nova held its first show in Barcelona and launched a “sister” eveningwear brand Milla.
After the start of the full-scale war, Milla Nova relocated production to Warsaw and within six months debuted a new collection at New York Bridal Fashion Week. The brand’s dresses are available in stores in more than 50 countries worldwide and in its own boutiques in Warsaw and New York. Milla Nova also holds several trunk shows in the US and Europe every month.
The brand has a social mission to provide jobs for women. Its team includes more than 950 employees, and the production facilities include children’s rooms. The brand also produces clothing for Ukrainian military personnel free of charge and donates 10% of every online purchase to charity projects, such as the evacuation of women and children from combat zones.
Collection style. Milla Nova offers a wide range of dresses. On the website they can be filtered by style, silhouette, fabric, color, and occasion, such as winter or summer weddings. All dresses are handmade.

Kotapska
About the brand. In 2003, Iryna Kotapska founded the bridal brand Kotapska. A year later her sister Liudmyla Lipinska joined her. Initially it was a home atelier: a seamstress sewed the dresses, while the founders embroidered and decorated them. Today Kotapska has a team of about 150 people, operates exclusively for export in a B2B format, and serves more than 500 bridal salons in the US and 12 European countries.
Collection style. Kotapska creates classic and artistic designs. Designers experiment with shapes, sizes, materials, and colors to create a dress that embodies a specific atmosphere, for example Paris or the Impressionist style. Each dress can be adjusted to the client’s preferences.

Innocentia
About the brand. From Latin, the brand name translates as “Innocence.” The bridal dress production was founded in 2013 in Chernivtsi by lawyer Oleh Bovkun and former physicist Oleksandr Hryhorenko, who had managed a branch of an Italian clothing production in Ukraine for three years. They decided to position themselves between luxury and budget wedding dresses.
A key feature of the brand is its transformable dresses. Sleeves, capes, trains, or upper layers of skirts can be detached. This allows the bride to partially change her look during the celebration and feel comfortable.
Innocentia dresses are popular in Ukraine and abroad and are sold by boutiques in 22 countries. Each year the brand presents new collections at Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week and the European Bridal Week in Essen, leading international trade events of the bridal industry.
Collection style. Each collection is based on classic silhouettes made from high-quality European fabrics such as French lace, Italian satin, and silk organza. Some dresses are complemented with hand embroidery and decorative elements.

Yedyna
About the brand. In Ukrainian the brand name means “The only one.” The founder of Yedyna is designer Maryna Vasylieva. In the 2010s she opened a bridal store in Khmelnytskyi.
Today Yedyna is a global brand with unique dress designs sold in more than 80 countries worldwide. Vasylieva presents new collections twice a year, regularly participates in international exhibitions and shows, and holds trunk shows in Europe and the US.
In 2023, the designer created the White Wedding Platform, which brings together Ukrainian bridalwear manufacturers for joint shows in Europe.
Collection style. Lace dresses with hand embroidery or pearl embellishments dominate Yedyna’s range. The brand produces lace at its own facilities, where artisans create original patterns and textures for each model.
The brand makes garments according to the bride’s individual measurements, taking into account her figure, proportions, and style.

LuceSposa
About the brand. From Italian, the brand name translates as “Bright Bride.” It is a second-generation family business led by designer Olena Vasylkova. In her designs she combines classic style with trendy elements from high fashion. LuceSposa dresses can be purchased in partner stores in more than 45 countries or during trunk shows in Europe.
Collection style. All LuceSposa dresses are handmade using high-quality textiles, French lace, and Italian embroidery. The range includes classic dresses and bold designs where designers experiment with cuts, decoration, and combine different fabrics.

Elena Morar
About the brand. In 1999, two sisters founded a production of women’s eveningwear and a year later released their first line of wedding dresses. Today Elena Morar is a well-known bridal brand operating in a B2B format with more than 250 partners worldwide, as well as selling dresses through its website.
Collection style. The website offers dresses for every taste, for example voluminous ball gowns, lace sheath dresses, and short designer styles. All garments are sewn and decorated with beads and lace by hand. The brand also features accessories such as veils, as well as evening and children’s dress collections.

Armonia
About the brand. The brand was founded by Yevhen Vasylyev and Iryna Kayuk. Their team includes more than 70 experienced artisans, and Armonia dresses can be tried on in partner stores in 52 countries.
Collection style. Each year Armonia releases 2–3 bridal collections with distinct styles and moods. For example, the Ravello line features clear architectural silhouettes, while Her Majesty includes long semi-transparent trains and refined lace.

Chernikova
About the brand. Liubov Chernikova is a Ukrainian designer who has been creating clothing with ethnic elements since 2010. In total, she has developed around a thousand models of dresses, shirts, coats, kersetky, blouses, and other elements of traditional Ukrainian attire.
Chernikova’s range includes clothing for various occasions, for example outfits for everyday outings or designer embroidered dresses for celebrations. By individual order, the brand creates matching outfits for couples, including wedding dresses and embroidered shirts in the same style. Couples can propose their own design or request to reproduce embroidery from other items of the brand.
Chernikova regularly participates in exhibitions in Ukraine, Europe, Asia, and America. The brand’s clothing is purchased by people from more than 30 countries worldwide.
Wedding attire. By request, Chernikova creates refined embroidered wedding dresses and shirts. More than one hundred couples have already wed in the brand’s outfits.

Malvy
About the brand. From Ukrainian, the brand name translates as “hollyhocks.” A women’s and men’s ethnic clothing and jewelry brand founded in 2022 by Oleksandra Netreba. Malvy’s artisans recreate traditional Ukrainian outfits as worn across various regions between 1890 and 1930. The team studies museum collections, vintage photographs, and garments preserved by families.
Wedding attire. Malvy has created several women’s and men’s sets in which Ukrainians from different parts of the country got engaged or married.
For example, in the men’s set “Verba,” the brand recreated traditional clothing of the Sumy and Poltava regions. It includes a white linen shirt with lace, a suede vest and trousers with a contrasting red lining, a hat made of gray sheepskin, leather boots, and a chest wedding ornament. The women’s “Chernihiv” set has similar colors: a white lace shirt, an embroidered silk sarafan, korali, ornaments with long ribbons, and leather boots.

Histrov
About the brand. A production of embroidered clothing for women, men, and children. Histrov uses traditional embroidery techniques, and in its designs artisans recreate motifs from different historical regions of Ukraine. The range includes dresses, shirts, skirts, corsets, vyshyvanky, and outerwear. There is also a line of accessories such as embroidered belt pouches, scarves, shawls, and cotillions, as well as home decor including tablecloths, decorative pillows, and rushniky.
Wedding attire. Histrov offers embroidered wedding shirts and dresses. Some are traditionally decorated with white threads, others with colored ornaments.

Wedding shoes
Kachorovska
About the brand. A family business that began in 1957 as a small shoe atelier in Zhytomyr. In 2013, the Kachorovska brand was launched when entrepreneur Alina Kachorovska continued the family tradition and introduced her own line of shoes and accessories.
Over 13 years, the brand’s artisans have created more than 40,000 pairs of shoes. Kachorovska shoes are worn by Hollywood actors and popular bloggers.
Wedding line style. Kachorovska created a collection of sandals and shoes for brides. These are white models with a 4 cm heel. Some designs are minimalist, others are decorated with stones and beads.

Jade Bridal
About the brand. A production of women’s bridal and evening shoes operating since 2015. It makes shoes from size 35 to 45, and all models are handmade to order.
Wedding line style. The brand offers around 300 models of shoes and sandals in white and pastel colors. There are minimalist options as well as designer models decorated with embroidery or embellishments. Jade Bridal produces shoes with different types of heels, including stilettos and block heels of varying heights.
