Vladyslava Rublevska

Translator

My professional path has always been connected to international work in one way or another. After graduating from the Kyiv Institute of Foreign Languages, I spent eight years working as a translator at the American company Raytheon Technical Services, while also studying international business management. It gave me firsthand experience in a multicultural environment and a deeper understanding of how different cultures think and operate.

Later, I launched my own business organizing international B2B conferences and co-founded TIM Events with partners — a project focused on telecom, IT, and media that brought together participants from multiple countries.

I have always been drawn to the psychology of team dynamics, which led me to pursue a degree at the European School of Psychology. I truly came to value that knowledge at the start of the full-scale war. It helped me get through the first months in Kyiv, support those who reached out, and later adapt to life in Spain.

I joined Yellow Blue because it is, first and foremost, about people and humanity — about the belief that even in difficult times, it is possible to preserve dignity and continue growing professionally.
