Ukraine is one of the world leaders in IT services exports, successfully competing with India and Poland despite the ongoing war and various challenges. In the first 11 months of 2024, IT services exports totaled $5.8 billion. While this is slightly less than in 2023, Ukrainian developers continue to create innovative products that are gaining popularity worldwide. For comparison, Poland’s IT services exports reached approximately $9 billion during the same period, while India remains the undisputed leader with over $150 billion annually.

The Ukrainian IT industry employs more than 300,000 specialists, and new startups attract over $800 million in investments each year. These investments help businesses automate processes, optimize operations, and improve overall efficiency.

Ukraine’s IT success is supported by a high level of education, entrepreneurial flexibility, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes. Unlike many other countries, Ukrainian companies focus on both outsourcing and developing their own products, which successfully penetrate international markets.

This material by YBBP highlights the Ukrainian programs, services, and startups that have become essential for businesses.
